Structured Design Improvement for Management Personnel

- How to use the Process FMEA (PFMEA) information to decrease defects, increase productivity and reduce downtime;
- How to design a process for Six Sigma performance.
- How to manage production risk for a project;
- The obstacles to be expected when implementing the Quality Plus Structured Design and Process Improvement System™.
